    Hey @TonOncleSaBol, 


    When you have the chance please check and make sure that your Nintendo Switch is set to the correct date and time in the system settings. I've seen some cases where having the wrong date or time on the console can cause this error.

@dragold227 

Have you tried power cycling your Switch and your modem/router to see if that helps at all? You can find more information on how to restart the system over at the Nintendo Support website. Let me know if it keeps giving you the same error message after that.

@EA_Kent I have tried that and it didn't work I also tried reinstalling the game also didn't work

    @dragold227 

    Hmm, I see. I'm wondering if this might actually be an account-related issue rather than something with the Switch itself. When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. 

    For more information on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

    @EA_Kent I have also tried a account account on this switch and nothing I think it the switch it self

    @dragold227 

    Usually that particular error comes up because of the system clock, but if that's not the case it could also be connection-related. If nothing else you've tried so far has helped it might be best to try getting in touch with Nintendo Support to see if they have any other recommendations.
