cant loot item in death box

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Desert area near the skeletal structure.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looting a death box.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? About 4 or more.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 20.02.19 11-ish.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Both myself and my squad mates were unable to pick up any items, be they weapons, ammo, attachments, or consumables, from the death boxes of fallen enemies.
What should be happening instead? We should be able to pick up and loot any items from the death boxes.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. It happened in two games during one session but there was nothing similar between the two scenarios outside of being unable to pick up items.

As explained, both myself and my squad mates were unable to pick up most if not all items contained within another player's death box. We don't know what triggered the bug but, in one case, it occurred for most if not all boxes we found while, in another game, it only occurred for a few boxes.
