We sometimes get a bug that would prevent us from looting items in the death crates.
How does this even happen and what's the cause?

- What exactly is preventing you from looting?
- Are you getting an error message or does nothing happen when you try to add items to your backpack?
- Which platform do you play on?
- Are you positive your backpack wasn't full?
- Are you using any overlays if you're playing on PC?
It's happening currently. I am in ranked on ps4 and it happened last game. It's sever wide, and every item in every death crate access the map is unlootable. My team could have empty bags and the items get picked up, and then immediately deposited back into the death box. Only loot from the ground works. Breaks the whole match and has happened to me twice.
Mine just happened with Horizon on World’s Edge in a Ranked Silver match. Couldn’t ping some objects on the ground and could not loot anything from deathboxes.
When i open up a death box during a game. I can loot the items that appear first. So weapons/ ammo down to the the shield. But i can not scroll down to loot bats / cells / meds down to weapon attachments and nades. I have also gone to the training area with Loba. Using her Ult. I can open it up. Loot all the weapons it shows. Can't scroll down to loot anything else. I am on PS4. This a recent problem for me since the last update.
i have the exact same issue on ps4pro. scroll is bugged on loba ult and deathboxes but i can pick up the items i can see. starting to become pretty irritating walking around half naked when everything i need is right in front of me inaccessible
Can only loot weapon attachments to the weapons you currently have and only if you have a slot open in your inventory which is where the attachments go as opposed to your weapons. Can't submit new thread, this site won't recognize or acknowledge the submit button on my bug report. Please help
