Cant move mouse issue

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think its on my end to fix something but I only just downloaded the game I have no idea how I would fix something like this

When I load into training or apex play I cant move my mouse, it constantly looks down at the ground. I can move and my buttons work but I cant use the mouse to look around.
