    I have the same issue. 
    i used to play with L1 to jump which means i switched the (x) with (L1) in the setting. 

    if you have done any changes in the button layout, try to change it to the original and try looting. 

    that solved my issue for now ( they still have to fix it ) 


    Note: 

    best way to keep testing is using loba ult in the firing range

@lllH20lll I believe your issue is a separate one, and has been flagged. For now, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a workaround other than using default controls.


For the other folks, I believe this was a temporary issue, do you still get it today?

I had the same issue on PC, I have kinda strange bindings so I have Character Utility Action bound to mouse 1. However, this update seems to make it so I can't loot death boxes with that binding. It worked just fine before this update.
