CANT PLAY APEX RANKED ON PS5

i can play pubs. But when i choose ranked (not sure if its masters/pred lobbies only but im a master so i can only speak for this lobby) I cant join in the match. Once i que into a game it shows me the legend screen where you pick your character. The three lines (apex logo) that domes down keeps refreshing and eventually code nets you back to main lobby. I havent played rank in almost 72 hours due to this and know others on PS5 that cant do the same. Another issue is I cant see PS4 friends ONLINE ON APEX anymore and it also doesnt show if their online on call of duty (dont care too much but i would like to know if my friends are on apex and different games so i can know who to invite)
