Can't shoot gun when I come out of Alter portal

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I went into an enemy Alter's portal.

What happens when the bug occurs? I went through an enemy Alter's ultimate portal and when I came out my gun wouldn't fire. I couldn't reload it because the clip was full so I died without being able to fight back. It cost me Ranked Points and it cost me 2 kills.
What should be happening instead? I should have killed those kids.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go through an Alter portal after they use their ult, then try to shoot your gun.

I used an Alter portal left behind after the enemy went into the Alter ult, and wasnt able to fire my Havoc. I couldnt do anything but get shot to death. I want my RP back.
