EA Staff (Retired)@mytoutoria94 Does it happen as soon as you land, or does it seem to happen after doing something like picking up a new gun, or going through a portal? Also, to confirm did you test both accounts out with the same controller?
First of all thanks for the attention. sometimes it happens as soon as I land, other times after i pick up a weapon or attachments, but it occurs more often when i start a gunfight with an other team. We always use the same controller on both accounts, at the beginning i thought it was a controller's problem, therefore i bought a new one but the issue is still on going.
