Can't use ultimate (z) in training mode

@CForCaffeine I haven't seen this much in a while, it had largely gone away. However it's possible for bugs to return though, so we'll look into that.
As for finishing training, there's a few tips here, can you try them? And can you let us know what platform you're on?
