Changing affinity to only pcores causes extreme stuttering on King's Canyon

Setting the game to run exclusively on P-cores on King's Canyon causes extreme stuttering and audio dropouts. In my case (13700K without HT) CPUs 0-7 is P-cores only. Disabling E-cores entirely from UEFI "fixes" the issue. This happens anywhere on the map and becomes much worse near other players. The game is unplayable until this issue is resolved.
