Character and level rest. No longer receiving apex Game braking bug!

Same issue im having,was lvl 23 went back to level 1 and lost all my stats from characters now level 10 and haven't received a single pack or tokens, i really do hope they fix it i dnt wanna waste my time just to have my stats reset again
