I have literally the same issue and even worse now everything got reseted to default. Skins/banners/frames/trackers/charms and pretty much everything we had set as our own liking was removed and made it all default and even worse after you put it all back togheter the game crashes and you just start all over. Frustrating issue!
Community AdminHey, we're aware of the main issue, on the selection screen the game will show your skins rather than your team's. Once they're locked in and you get to the banner page the right skins should show, though.
@Moarthe I think you have your own separate issue. Can I check what platform you're on? Did this only start with the 3.1 patch for you?
Yes that is correct, i believe though it only does it for the Lifeline/Bloodhound edition skins and not the others.

I just wanted to pop in to acknowledge again that this has been sent up and the devs are aware of this, but unfortunately we don't have an ETA for when it'll be fixed.
Is there a way to resolve this issue or do we have to wait for the next update patch. Currently playing on the PS4.

So what’s the point on spending money for skins if you can’t show them off. The character select screen is best to show to off because the character is active.
I have the regular version of Apex and at character selection screen i always see my skins on other players Legends.

I have the same issue, but it only occurs on the Charcter screen.
Is there going to be a fix for the incorrect skin issues? It's been over a month now playing with this bug and it keeps getting annoying, to the point that i feel like not playing it anymore.

@LebxtazeBecause they think skins aren't that important but forget that skins are actually their main income of this F2P game.
So it should be in their interest to make the presentation of skins work flawless.
So this is not solved yet right? (Platform PC)
