Charms not showing up after new update.

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Weapons Loadout menu. Trying to switch charms on my weapons
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to switch charms on my weapons
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? No idea
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It won't stop happening. I checked yesterday and today. It's the same issue. I click Y to look at the different charms to choose from and the screen is blank. It's as if there are no charms?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't change my charms on my weapons. The screen just zooms in on my charm but there is no menu to choose from. I turned off my console and restarted the game. Nothing changes this issue. I even waited a day and it's still there.
What should be happening instead? I should see a menu of all the gun charms I own with a picture of what weapon they're attached to, however when I click Y while inspecting an individual weapon. The screen zooms in on where the charm is, but no charm menu appears.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one experiencing this issue.
