What happens when the bug occurs? One of the random club tags that I send request to join before appears on my name

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send club join requests to random clubs. If they don't accept nor deny your request, It gets stuck to your name after few days.
The Issue: Club Tags Stuck to My Username After Sending Join Requests
I have encountered a problem where club tags, which I sent requests to join, become stuck to my username, and I am unable to figure out how to remove them.
How I Discovered the Reason
After spending some time attempting to remove these tags, I decided to investigate their origin. While testing my suspicions, I discovered that they were associated with the clubs I had requested to join. To confirm this, I sent additional random invites to clubs, and the tags began appearing next to my name. Some of these tags eventually disappeared, leading me to believe that my requests had been rejected.
Methods I Tried for a Solution
I attempted to send more invites and prompt the clubs to accept or reject me, but they neither accepted nor rejected my requests.
I created my own club and disbanded it in an effort to remove the tag.
On two separate occasions, I created clubs and remained in them for two days and one week, respectively, and then left the clubs in an attempt to remove the tags.
I asked my friends to create clubs and accept my requests. Similar to attempt three, I tried this on two different occasions.
None of the solutions I have tried so far has worked, and the club tags that continue to haunts me keep reappearing. While it was initially a minor inconvenience, it has become increasingly irritating. I am open to any ideas or solutions to resolve this issue.
