Where did the issue occur? On the main "Your Squad" screen and on the "You are the Champion" Screen
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. This issue is happening regardless of the map or legend, Battle Royale Ranked or Pubs.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading into a game with squad mates partied up, either trios, duos or ranked mode and Winning the game.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? The issue is occurring consistently since Season 14. It was fixed at some point during Season 16. Not sure if it was because I recreated the squad team, but it stopped again randomly in Season 17, and now Season 18 still the issue is not fixed. The squad was recreated twice, both by myself who is on PC and by my friend who is on PSN.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) At some point during Season 14. Fixed in Season 16 and broken again Season 17-18
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? It's an annoyance. Unable to post wins as a club and takes away the fun of winning as a team.
What happens when the bug occurs? After selecting the legends, the squad name does not appear. Instead, the header can be read as "YOUR SQUAD" but should display "FOREIGN FANATIX". And then on the Win screen, the image displays "YOU ARE THE CHAMPION" instead of " FOREIGN FANATIX ARE THE CHAMPIONS"
What should be happening instead? Squad name should appear on both the squad screen and on the champion win screen.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a club and load up the game with your squad mates partied up and then win a game.
