Code:net error

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Shinobi x Jo
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Octane
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Main menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to get into a game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 2
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 3/26/21
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It kicks me out and takes 5-10 mins to play another game
What should be happening instead? The game should take me into a match once I get through the que

I keep getting code:net error and have no clue how to fix it

    The code:net error usually means that the connection is timing out, so I'd like to try out some connection troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop it from happening. A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. When you've got a chance please give those a try and see if it helps with the issues you've been seeing. 

    If you're still getting disconnected after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thank you!
