What happens when the bug occurs? I wasn’t able to play the game, I was having the same problem and I just play 3 days. 3 DAYS
What should be happening instead? I was able to play the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk, the dev says that has least than 450 persons with this problem, apparently I make part of this 450 lol.

I wasn’t able to play the game, then ok, I return and AGAIN I CANT PLAY THE GAME THAT I LOVE AS *. Please I need to access my account, I doesn’t finish the battle pass. Here’s the link from the 3 minutes video that I make, I couldn’t post here.
