What happens when the bug occurs? I am queued with players of my old rank, even though I am far below them. I didn't receive rewards and the only way I was able to get my normal matchmaking back was to gain points in bronze, but I still don't have the rewards.
What should be happening instead? Rewards are delivered and rank reset
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't believe this bug can be replicated.
I never received rewards for reaching master. My old rank is reflected when in the lobby but in game it shows my current rank. I took a long break from the game and thus my rank is at the absolute bottom. When I tried playing ranked with friends it said i couldn't queue with them because our ranks had to be in relatively the same range, even though we're both bronze. I was able to sort-of fix the issue by earning points but it took me 6 matches of getting no kills before I got points and it reset my rank. I still didn't get the rewards though. In my screenshots it shows the people I got matched with because the game still thought I was master. If there is any way to view my previous match history, you'll be able to see the people I got queued against. I fixed it by getting points just for surviving and now I'm in the right tier but I still don't have the loot. I won't be playing until those past matches are looked at. I made an inquiry about this in Feb. but never got anywhere. I even have a screenshot of the champion squad being the #4 and #5 pred's in the world and I'm a lowly bronze getting queued against them. I just want my rewards.
