config

So I downloaded a config for apex for better fps and super glide just to see how it is. I did not enjoy it and so I delted it and the files with it and deleted apex and uninstalled it, But for some reason I am still having the config here with the * fps whenever I try to jump can I please have some help on how to get rid of this when I just want to play apex especially on my favorite map that is out now on ranked I would truly appreciate it.

    We don't recommend using configs for movement, especially if there's any automation or input duplication. It could potentially even put an account at risk.

    As for fixing this, it sounds like everything should be stored in C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex

    With the game closed first, just delete the profile and local folders, and it should recreate them with default settings when you start the game again. And also be sure to remove any startup commands you have, if any.

    @EA_David So can you get banned for using configs for movement? For example using a config that lowers your FPS for a short amount of time in order to pull off tricks or using config to change controls for a short amount of time after you press a key?
