Constant Freezing

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Multiple different legends
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Valkyrie
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. All over the map
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Shooting/getting shot at/looting/walking around
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Most games in season 9 (GMT)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Usually at the start of a fight or mid fight, when I am being shot at or start shooting the game will sometimes freeze for maybe 0.2 of a second. It also happens when looting boxes sometimes or when just walking around. My friend will experience the freezes at the exact same time as me in a lot of cases. My other friend who plays on the Series X experiences the freezing also although not as frequently. It has been happening since the season 9 update and does not happen on any other game and makes fights very unplayable.
What should be happening instead? No freezing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Might already know about it but it appears to be a server/game issue on xbox specifically as I haven't heard anyone complain outside of xbox.

I currently have no recordings of it, but can probably find evidence pretty quickly in game if the bug is not clear.

    @h3nryoliver Can you try clearing the following places on your console then restarting to see if this continues?

    Persistent Storage 

    1. Go to settings Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
    2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 

     

    Alternate Mac: 

    1. Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
    2. Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
    3. Select restart 
  • I had tried MAC address previously, but not persistent storage. However, having tried both the problem still happened my first game playing unfortunately.

    @h3nryoliver Thank you for trying those steps, I wonder if it's a latency issue. Do you see high packet loss or Ping with the network window in-game?

  • Same thing happens to me I've tried all "solution's" and my internet is fine.
