I'm sorry to hear it's started crashing again.
Have you had a chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference at all? Looking through the DxDiag you attached I noticed there were some other programs crashing along with Apex Legends. If these crashes are related to what's happening with Apex Legends a Clean Boot may help to get around the issue.

Ok I've finally worked out what it is. I don't know how it's happening or why. But every time I crash 1 sec there is a popup on origin to say there is 'a content patch is availabe'. It happens every time.
I don't know how to solve the issue but its consistent

What happens if you try clearing out the Origin cache? If there's an issue with the Origin client itself that may help to fix it. For more information on how to clear it visit the EA Help site. Let me know if it's still crashing afterward.
