Crafting Station breaks inventory and heal menu

I have recently found a game-breaking bug with the crafting station.

Platform:

PC - Steam

Hardware Spec:
NVidia Geforce RTX 3070TI
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

Description:

After using a crafting station in the way described below, the player's inventory becomes inaccessible (When pressing the key to open the inventory, nothing happens)
Additionally, the player is unable to heal. The circle menu is visible, but when making a selection or even just pressing 4 (or whatever its rebound to) nothing happens.

Reproducibility:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pick up two weapons (any weapon works)
2. Enter a crafting station and begin crafting a weapon
3. While the weapon is crafting, Open the inventory and drag one weapon to the right of the screen to drop it (Do not open the inventory after this)

4. When the crafting completes, take the new weapon from the crafter,

5. After taking the weapon, attempt to open the inventory again.
Observe that the inventory is inaccessible.
Observe that while the healing item wheel is accessible, none of the items can be used.

Notes:
* If the player opens their inventory between steps 3 and 4, the inventory opens successfully and the issue does not occur.
* After reproducing, reentering the crafter and closing the interface again corrects the issue allowing the player to access the inventory or heal again
* After reproducing, getting scanned by a Seer tactical corrects the issue allowing the player to access the inventory or heal again.
