Custom Server Code Lobby Bug

I wll load into the game just fine be able to play a round or two in the custom server code match & all of the sudden my screen looks like this attachment. I have done everything that I can find to try and fix this but it literally does not fix anything. It will also say that party member not ready when I am the only one in the lobby. The lobby will also bug & show me not in a party with my friends but my friends still see me. I have lost out on money, time & patience at this point. Does ANYONE know anything about this or how to fix it?
