    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for the patience while we've been investigating this issue.

    This should be fixed with the update that's just launched.

    Please let us know if this continues to happen once you're back in-game.

    Edit: Please note this update does not include the make-good for lost progress mentioned previously. That is still pending and we'll share more info as we have it, thanks!

Good question @Muddabber777.

This earlier message from Respawn indicates they're working on something for those that lost progress due to this issue, but we don't currently have more details just yet.

Now that the underlying issue has been fixed I'd keep an eye on their Twitter page (or this thread) for more updates about that make-good once the info's available.

My stats got reset from 10k now again to -1/-1 so i don't think the fix was successful. When are the "Make good" thing coming i wonder, i would like to have the Tier 3 now cause i have almost lost hope in this skin and want a refund.
