Day 1 player, still no heirloom shards

According to an online calculator, the amount of "free" and battle pass apex packs awarded since day one now totals over 500. Meaning that anyone who has completed all of the battle passes, events, etc., should have received heirloom shards by now. I know that I have completed almost every event and battle pass so far but I have not received heirloom shards. I have been a dedicated player and have almost 70 days of game time accumulated over the years.

So, what gives? When am I going to get those shards?
And if I have not reach 500 yet, can you at least tell me how close I am? (You really should have a counter in the store so we can see how many we have opened since last heirloom)
