Deathbox fell into the new lava pits around Fragment, no way to loot the boxes.

What happens when the bug occurs? Death box fell into the lava in Fragment after a close, no way to get it since it pushes you back up. Box also doesnt spawn back up, it stays down there.
What should be happening instead? Box should spawn back up like it does when it falls out of bounds.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a player die close to the lava
Fought near the lava pits in Fragment. Enemy died and I wanted to swap shields and get back to the fight, but his deathbox fell into the lava pit and theres literally no way for me to get the box. It should spawn back up like it does when a player dies out of bounds. Very frustrating bug, happens often especially in Fragment.
