Deathboxes won't have shield cores inside if the enemy player left the match

Please can we at least get this acknowledged? Simply if an enemy player left the game whether after they got knocked or they left the match while they are still up, their deathbox won't have a shield core inside. Meaning that if it's a crucial time for an armor swap you might end up not finding any armor swap available at the deathbox and lose the clutch moment. This is very urgent and needs to get acknowledged and fixed ASAP. Thank you.
