Diamond player getting matched with silver and bronze players in ranked

What happens when the bug occurs? I am in diamond rank, and i get matched constantly with silver and bronze players in ranked. This is first of all not fair because they have nothing to lose and in many cases they don't know how to play/shoot or even how the game works, and secondly it's not fair for them as well, as they are trying to climb and most likely have to play vs other masters/diamond/plat players. The very rare time when i was matched with other plat/diamond players (maybe it happened 2 or 3 times every 50 games?), these players just sit afk at edge of zone in rat spots all game, thanks to your update to matchmaking and ranked points. The game is unplayable, there is no sense to play apex to either sit in a corner afk for 30 minutes or to play 1vs3 because your teammates are 500 ranks lower than you. The only way to play apex now is with premade team, if you are lucky enough to have 2 good friends of your same rank with your same free time, which is honestly really difficult to find. I don't need a game to start immediately after i click search. i can wait 2-3 minutes to get a decent normal matchmaking with people of similar rank. This is what rank should be about. I don't know if it's a bug that i get matched with silver players in diamond or if it's how you wanted to make the game, but it's terrible, the game is unplayable and i feel like i'll delete it if nothing changes soon. we can't have 2 more months like this.
What should be happening instead? Fair matchmaking where i can play a game of apex legends normally, going to shoot at enemy with a normal team that wants to play apex legends, and that has similar rank to mine. Not a system where a player afk for 30 minutes can gain rank
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game as normal user, it happens to everyone to get matched with people far below their rank. It happened in past seasons too, but to a less extent but now it's really getting out of control and combined with ur update to how ranked points are given, it makes no sense to play apex anymore.

Please fix the matchmaking and ranked points system asap, don't wait 2 months because it's unplayable right now.
