Did not received the right skin but another one, Display Bug?

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was trying to see what skin I could buy for the new weapon

Hello, please excuse my probably bad english as it is not my main language.

I got a problem ingame as I tried to buy a skin, so I went to "Answers HQ Forum" wich lead me to "Contact EA" wich lead me to here.

Here's my problem even if I already described it by filling the empty fields above:

I was on the game Apex Legends when i wanted to buy a skin for the new weapon the "Rampage", I was not sure wich one to choose, after clicking like 200 times on all the skins, I finally stopped on a particular skin wich I stared at for at least a minut before buying it, so I'm really sure that I didn't make any mistake, when I clicked on "Unlock with Apex Coins", the game returned to the lobby as it sometimes do when you spend much time in customization section, so I went to the skin section again to buy the skin "again" or just equip my new skin if my purchase did worked but I realized the skin I bought wasn't unlocked but it was another one instead..

I won't die from this bug or I don't know what to call it but I'd like to let you know that the situation is a bit annoying to me.. As a long time player who never caused any problem at all on the game or even any EA games, and as someone who already spent a decent money on EA games, I really hope I could get some help, I want to apologize if it's not the right place for my problem but as I said it's EA support that lead me to here.
