Didn't get Defiance retro pack after completing all the challenges

Hi guys

So up until yesterday there was an issue with the challenge "Play one match as the 8 OG legends in launch royal"

However after this got fixed and I completed my other challenge I didn't get the promised reward. (defiance retro pack)

I got one Defiance pack by opening 10 packs... Maybe that has something to do with the challenge rewards a glitch or smth...

It is already hard enough to get what you want (loba skin 😛) 

I just hope you can fix this asap...

Not sure if others have the same issue...

    @mendozzamagic The game would be Apex Legends, and the challenge they're referring to was removed due to an issue where it couldn't be completed, (and it was removed so players could still earn the final rewards as well).

    From what I understand, the reward for completing the challenge was a normal Apex pack, and for completing all Launch Royal #2 challenges, the player would earn a Defiance pack and a badge.

    @GoldenIbby & @n3djMou If you had completed the other challenges, and you have gotten the badge, then you should have gotten all the rewards that you could from the event. (As with the removal of the challenge, sadly meant that the reward pack you would of earned was also removed with it).
