Hey, both Trios and Duos are labeled as "LTM" right now (limited time mode) because of the rift lootboxes; and this means that 4k and 20bomb badges are not unlockable (which sucks big time imo). So you can only get 4k20bomb badge in ranked right now ☹️

maybe there was an LTM during that time? I went to EA's Apex Legends website and browsed patch note blog posts, but there's no date on said blog pos entries 😕
But if it was a normal duo game (no LTM), then it appears to be a rather widespread bug (megathread here on the EA Forums about it). Seems to affect consoles more than PC 😢
