@Rain5832 This is correct for S23, but they're meaning they didn't get the badge during a prior season.

maybe there was an LTM during that time? I went to EA's Apex Legends website and browsed patch note blog posts, but there's no date on said blog pos entries 😕

But if it was a normal duo game (no LTM), then it appears to be a rather widespread bug (megathread here on the EA Forums about it). Seems to affect consoles more than PC 😢
