What happens when the bug occurs? I was in a match with friends, then the event arrived and we unknowingly cleared a few of the Event Dailies, and had like 500 points in the Imperial Guard Event Tracker.
What should be happening instead? I should have received an Event Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have two screenshots of having completed the first two rewards but I did not get any Event Pack. Give the reward, since I didn't get the free Event Pack.
The game thinks I had received the event pack, and had already opened it.

But I have proof that I haven't received the reward and opened the pack, you can clearly see it is still at 0/24 in the collection event UI.

It says I have already received the pack but when I check the event tracker is says 0/24 and I dont have a pack available.

where it hasnt given me my first imperial guard pack even though it says iv claimed it.

What happens when the bug occurs? On the first day of playing the new Imperial Guard event on the Xbox One, I completed every daily event challenge to receive 1250 point towards the event. Soon after I realized that I did not receive the event pack or the following two apex packs. I was confused and looked on Reddit and saw that some other people were having the same issue. Someone suggested that you have to update the game so I tried that but realized my game is in the newest version. So I do not need to update and I figured it was just a weird bug and would be fixed. I played today (the second day of the event) and completed all of the daily challenges again which is shown in the first picture. Now the problem is that my points toward the event is stuck at 1250 still when it should be doubled at 2500 which would get me yet another pack that I have not received. This is shown by the second picture. I am wondering if we will get these packs when the bug is fixed and will I get my points added as well? I really love the game and spend a good amount of time in Apex. I do not try to spend too much money on the game and like when I can get free packs🙂 So I am just wondering if there is a plan to fix this and what Respawn will do about the lost collectables
