Didn't receive free Imperial Ward Apex Pack

What happens when the bug occurs? I was in a match with friends, then the event arrived and we unknowingly cleared a few of the Event Dailies, and had like 500 points in the Imperial Guard Event Tracker.
What should be happening instead? I should have received an Event Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have two screenshots of having completed the first two rewards but I did not get any Event Pack. Give the reward, since I didn't get the free Event Pack.

The game thinks I had received the event pack, and had already opened it.

But I have proof that I haven't received the reward and opened the pack, you can clearly see it is still at 0/24 in the collection event UI.
