The tweet just refers to the issue affecting those that had made progress on the event track before updating.
If you updated to version 16.0.3 prior to making progress on the event track, you should be fine. If you haven't yet hopped in-game, please be sure to update before doing so to avoid the issue.
If you had made progress on the event track before updating, you'd fall into the category of those that aren't receiving the rewards properly.
We're working on a fix for those affected, so please keep an eye on the Twitter page for further updates, or we'll provide them in the thread here as well.
i didnt get mine as well after all the grinding i cant even get my rewards smh
I didn't receive the free event pack and tracker is till on 0/24 May have been because I played before downloading update please fix this and if possible credit my account with one event pack as I did rightfully earn that pack but didn't receive it my please fix this and give players what they are supposes to receive
I’ve encountered the same issue with the rewards not being granted. Another problem I’ve experienced just now is that I cannot gain any points above 1250 in the free reward tracker, even though the challenges have been refreshed and I’ve completed them. If it helps, I will attach some screenshots regarding this issue. Thank you!

I have the same exact issue. Missing a pack because i completed the first tier before patching and i still haven't gotten it!

Oops, I already made that mistake. Is there a way to fix it?
I'm on xbox and i don't have any update to do. Also, i have reached like 2k point, when this gets fixed will i be able to get the rewards that i should've gotten?
