in the first launch the prize tracker was different from what we have seen. I didnt mind it and went on grinding them but few hours later when i was just claiming my 1000 point reward apex pack my game shut down i downloaded the update and prize tracker was changed now i cant get the first and second apex pack from the prize tracker which one of them is a event pack.

What happens when the bug occurs? Just finished the match and got points to progress in new event imperial guard but dont get the apex event pack, just the normal one
What should be happening instead? Get the free event pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just see twitter and reddit posts, there are tons of players with the same problem, we deserve to get the pack as the other. Respawn twitted 2 hours later to not open the packs, how can we knew it.
Just reached tier 1 of event tracker, got the badge but not the event pack, I need help.
Imperial guard event progress is stuck at 1250 pionts and it says that the maximum is 1250 ex 1250/1250 on top right corner...
I do get the points from completing the event missions after the game.
They show normally on the screen after the game ends but i dont actually get them either their rewards..
I am playing on the new update...
i have same problem and i didnt get the first apex pack from the event either
So this new recolor event for wraiths heirloom came out and it has event packs for rewards in the prize tracker. I didn’t notice until the person I was playing with mentioned they got a skin out of one. You’re guaranteed at least 1 event item out of them right? And I only got what I crafted with my materials unlocked. So I know I didn’t just miss the pack.
