Didn't receive free Imperial Ward Apex Pack

What happens when the bug occurs? Started a match before restarting after the event started, when returning from the lobby i received the "old" prize list of the imperial guard, after restarting the game i didn't receive the free event apex pack on the correct prize list.
What should be happening instead? i should receive 1 free event apex pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give the correct rewards.

I also am adding proof with pictures. I had already bought one event pack with 700 apex coins before the update that I had saved up from the Battlepass + extra funds, so in theory, I should have 2/24 unlocked on the heirloom set. But I do not, since I never recieved the correct apex pack.
