I didn’t receive the level 60 P2020 skin reward from last season’s battle pass, but I did receive the badge reward. Could the support team please help resolve this issue?

Also, I see in your screenshots that your game's language is set to Chinese (Simplified). If this is your language, you can open up a case here about your missing in-game battle pass item. You can also contact EA Support in English if you would prefer, by clicking here.I did the whole season of Apex season 22 split 2 battle pass reward up to level 60 and I didn't get it. the P-2020 evolution skin is not listed.
the debugger is mass producing bugs every time, are they not doing their job? Please return the rewards as soon as possible. I'm paying for it.

I have the Season 22 Battle Pass Split 2 Premium but I not get the Battle Pass Split 2 level 60 P2020 Cosmetic Items pink purr
I even use EA Help but he say "we at customer experience can only help with issues in the game itself, we cannot make changes or correct game bugs. You can however report this at the official forums, so that the moderators and Game experts can take a note of it and investigate this further."

@Enigmos111 Just to clarify a few things:
- Are you missing rewards from one or both S22 splits? (If its just one split, which S22 split?)- Did you own the S22 Battle Pass? (If so, which version of the pass was it? There's Premium for 950 Apex Coins, Ultimate for $10 USD, and Ultimate Plus for $20 USD)
- What level did you reach in both splits?
Note to everyone: Unfortunately, I won't be able to help restore any missing items myself, but do provide any extra details so that when a Community Manager reviews this thread, they would have enough information to pass on to Respawn.I played only in this split, i have the ultime version for 10$ ,and now i have 20 lvl of the battle pass.
@Enigmos111 Since your issue is with the S23 battle pass, you can refer to your thread here, as this thread is about the S22 battle pass.
I've reached the 60 level and received my reward for Season 22 Split 1.
The second half of split 2, I've reached the 60th level and received the batch for the 60th level and above, but I didn't receive the P-2020 skin.
I have purchased $950 battle passes.@Moe_aspen & @Twe1vE_CSC I've merged this thread with another one about missing the S22's P2020 weapon skin.
Initially, I've said to contact EA Support, as they can handle this type of account related issue, (you can still contact EA Support here, and you can also find more information here). Seeing how there's more players reporting this issue, it seems to be more of a bug that Respawn would have to look into.
I'll be sure to let everyone know on this thread if there's any updates about this issue.
