Discord lagging in game with G733 headset

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? BlazeNeos
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Issue is present everywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 10.10.20
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? While using the Logitech G733 headset (wirelessly or wired), Discord lags out and becomes unusable upon loading into a round (the issue starts as soon as we're in the dropship and is not present in the lobby). In other words, my friends become unable to hear me whereas I can periodically hear them. While they can occasionally hear me, the words are delayed. Switching to in-game voice allows me to communicate with them in real-time, but I'd still prefer to use Discord.
What should be happening instead? My friends should be able to hear me when I'm trying to communicate with them via Discord, and when they do hear me, there shouldn't be a delay.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Use a Logitech G733 headset for a Discord voice call 2. Launch Apex, squad up, queue up, and load into a game 3. As soon as you're in the dropship, your teammates will be unable to hear you while you will be able to hear them

The issue was not present with my previous headset, the Logitech G432, which allowed me to use Discord just fine while playing Apex. The issue is limited to Apex as I am able to use Discord without any problems in other games with this new headset. Furthermore, I have already updated my headset driver.

    Hey @BlazeNeos

It is pretty weird that it only starts happening once you're actually in a match. What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching Apex Legends and Discord? For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website

Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot.

    /Kent
