Duplicate Legendary skin from Apex Pack

What happens when the bug occurs? I recieved the same legendary Valkyrie skin twice. But did not receive Crafting Metals for the second instance of opening the skin.
What should be happening instead? I read online that the second skin instance should be converted to crafting metals
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If it’s possible to see a log of the 100 apex packs I opened yesterday you will see that the Valkyrie legendary skin was unlocked twice.

I recieved the same legendary Valkyrie skin twice. But did not receive Crafting Metals for the second instance of opening the skin. The duplicate skin is called Azure Blessing
