I'm also getting this error. It happened a bit just before season 13 hit too and I updated my graphics driver and it worked. Since the update, it is now doing it again.

Intel i9 12900k

32GB DDR5 RAM

EVGA RTX 3080ti

      try delete Respawn folder in saved game and use msi afterburner to lower ue gpu core clock. It's works fine for me no crash or try install the game in another ssd
