DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG after Season 13 update (ver 3.0.7.26)

I've had three different errors after the season 13 update. It even completely shut down my computer once mid game. I also noticed my gpu started running at 0 percent while playing apex. I'm not a huge computer person but I'm actually almost to scared to play it now because I feel like its hurting my gpu.
