I am also having this problem since season 13 it happens multiple times and is highly frustrating costing rank points and annoying your team mates!  What is going on? Is it related to Xbox exploit?

Just adding my name to the list of affected players. Only started after season 13.

I tried a clean install of latest NVIDIA drivers (including using DDU to do a full removal) and downgrading the NVIDIA drivers to 512.59.

I have a 3060 ti with no overclocking.
