DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG after Season 13 update (ver 3.0.7.26)

As I know, lot of article to discuss for this engine error and fix way, such disabled game features, GPU features, don't overclocking and downgrade/upgrade driver version.

Even higher than system requirement and update to latest configuration still occurred this issue occurring, might know that some limitation for game or technical cause for this error? Thanks a lot.
