EA CHARMS MISSING
All of my ea charms gone, in their place there is one single BP Charm

Community Manager@Anerctiv Hey, do you mind giving us a bit more info on that, by the pic you've shared I can see charms equipped to your Wingman, Alternator and other guns, so what exactly is happening?

all EA subscription charms disappeared, "characters from EA games, Sharik from BF and a few others"
instead, there is an emerald charm that was obtained during the battle pass
all of my ea charms are gone too i went to equip my N7 charm on a different gun and i noticed all of me ea play charms are gone except for the emerald thing he said and a star wars helmet but im missing about 20 other charms

I seem to have the same issue, all my ea charms are gone from my Steam account. But, when i log on to the EA App all my charms are there, only i can't keep them equipped when i switch to Steam and they look like they vanish. I've had the cross-progression but only got 1 account. Is there any way to get my charms on Steam ?

@Anerctiv , @McLooveen , @konanmomochi , can you please confirm if you all went through the Cross Progression merge as well?
yes, can confirm. I just got cross-progress and all my EA Charms are gone as well
I left a comment a few weeks ago and still don't have my EA charms
