EA CHARMS MISSING

All of my ea charms gone, in their place there is one single BP Charm

@Anerctiv Hey, do you mind giving us a bit more info on that, by the pic you've shared I can see charms equipped to your Wingman, Alternator and other guns, so what exactly is happening?

Have you checked other guns, can you see their charm equipped?

I seem to have the same issue, all my ea charms are gone from my Steam account. But, when i log on to the EA App all my charms are there, only i can't keep them equipped when i switch to Steam and they look like they vanish. I've had the cross-progression but only got 1 account. Is there any way to get my charms on Steam ?

      yes, can confirm. I just got cross-progress and all my EA Charms are gone as well
