All of my ea charms gone, in their place there is one single BP Charm

all EA subscription charms disappeared, "characters from EA games, Sharik from BF and a few others"instead, there is an emerald charm that was obtained during the battle pass

all of my ea charms are gone too i went to equip my N7 charm on a different gun and i noticed all of me ea play charms are gone except for the emerald thing he said and a star wars helmet but im missing about 20 other charms

@Anerctiv Hey, do you mind giving us a bit more info on that, by the pic you've shared I can see charms equipped to your Wingman, Alternator and other guns, so what exactly is happening? Have you checked other guns, can you see their charm equipped?

I seem to have the same issue, all my ea charms are gone from my Steam account. But, when i log on to the EA App all my charms are there, only i can't keep them equipped when i switch to Steam and they look like they vanish. I've had the cross-progression but only got 1 account. Is there any way to get my charms on Steam ?

mate i also got the same problem i had like 20 ea play charms and all gone i dident realise at first but now i see i have none

Mine are gone too. I never went through an account merge or anything like that either, this sucks. The N7 charm was my favorite and now it's gone for an indefinite amount of time.

I left a comment a few weeks ago and still don't have my EA charms

Man, same! I used it on G7 Supersonic skin, it fits perfectly
