Endless loading of the store,coins

Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly? What platform do you play on? (EDIT: As in Steam, EA app, etc.)

I cant open passes,store,challenges,and i have -9 999 of apex coins and exotic shards

Generally if you're unable to access the various menu tabs and your currencies are flashing or unavailable like this, it means your client is having some trouble communicating with the servers for one reason or another.

Which platform are you playing on? If you're on Steam or EA app, you can try verifying file integrity or repairing the game before restarting.

It may also help in these cases to try a full power cycle of your router/modem before reconnecting to the game to check again.

If you're still running into trouble after that point, please try going through these additional steps as well.

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot select Lobby,battle pass, character, and so on. I cannot do anything, except for ready game.

Me too this is awful

This also happens on PS5. Restarting the console doesn't fix it.

Facing this same issue since yesterday. Almost 20 hours now
