Error 20005

Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby waiting area
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading into rank match

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Forced login with error 20005
What should be happening instead? Loading into the rank match and playing successfully
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, I just selected Rank tpp and everything was fine until loading into the match. An error- Map redirecting error 20005 popped up and forced me to re login. This happens everytime whenever I select rank mode.

  • @tjxthpykl7cj  This looks like Apex Mobile.

    There are some things you can do:

    1. Make sure your device meets the system requirements.

    2. Check your connection strength.

    3. Using WiFi or in combination with Mobile Data.

    4. Update your OS.

    5. Update your Apex.

    6. Reinstall Apex.

    7. Clear Apex cache data and/or Apex mobile data.

    8. Disable apps running in the background.

    9. Disable VPN.

    10. Disable flight mode.

  • @Wolferato My brother it did help but that’s the reason we ask the devs to solve the bugs. We don’t want to go through that much hassle to play when we are playing to relax the mind after a day of work. However I do thank you for trying to help when the developers have no response yet
