    When you've got the chance would you mind running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it finds any issues? You can find more info on how to run it at the Microsoft Support website.

Is this the usual replies of EA customer service?

You got the error just tell us what it is and how to resolve it, instead of making us try * loads of other things first ... 

Everything worked perfectly and now we're getting this error, check internly how to solve this ... you got all the data you need !

If anyone else is here getting the same error and no answers, this problem is absolutely NOT solved. You just cant paly the game like the rest of us. Gotta find something else to play..

    I had this yesterday into today, I went and did a /flushdns or whatever and it fixed it. All servers were showing +100ms more than I normally should have been having. Speed test was showing normal ping to google and other servers, so it was just apex that was being affected for some reason.

    Doing the same thing to me, I’m on console and I’ve switched dns servers and everything but still nothing works, sometimes I can’t even load into a game , and when I do get into a game if I die or win it doesn’t let me return to the lobby, have to do a full restart of game
